HAL DHRUV

The Dhruv helicopter, also known as HAL Dhruv, is a multi-role, twin-engine, utility helicopter designed and manufactured by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) in India. It’s used for various purposes including transport, reconnaissance, search and rescue, and medical evacuation.HAL has collaborated with various international partners for the Dhruv helicopter program, including the transfer of technology and expertise. These collaborations have helped enhance the helicopter’s design, systems, and manufacturing processes.

HAL LUH

The HAL Light Utility Helicopter along with its derivative Light Observation Helicopter was designed and developed by Rotary Wing Research and Design Center one of the R&D sections of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited for civilian and military applications. The LUH is a 3-ton class helicopter with glass cockpit for reconnaissance and surveillance roles and as a light transport helicopter. The helicopter will be capable of flying at 220 kmph, with a service ceiling of 6.5 km and a range of 350 km with 400 kg payload, according to the HAL.

HAL CHETAK

Hal Chetak also known as Alouette III  is a single-engine, light utility helicopter developed by French aircraft company Sud aviation. During its production life, it proved to be a relatively popular rotorcraft.

This is a two ton class helicopter. This is suitable for commuting, cargo, casualty evacuation etc. Till date, Hal has produced and sold more than 350 of these helicopters which are serving both in India and Abroad

HAL CHEETAH

This is a five seater helicopter built by HAL in under license from SA 315B LAMA, a French single-engine helicopter
